I did this and they said that they could not refund my tickets. I called Ticket Master and they said that they had no order from me and to call the ticket center. By the time i was done ordering our tickets i realized upon opening them that for some reason I was led ticket center (an American entity) and was charged USD rated. The site led me to ticket master, I ordered my tickets, they were a special surprise for my son who has many health issues and has struggled all of his short life. I logged in to Grey Eagle Casino to purchase tickets to tonight’s event Vampire Circus.
I am writing this review on the transparency of ticket sales and the lack of it.
